Middle Finger Recordz is an independent Low-Budget-But-Fuck-It Chicano rap label that does not give a fuck. Starting out from nothing, M.F.R. was founded by L.Garcia.
M.F.R.s only goal is to be the most respected label out in the underground game, giving everyone something to relate to with true lyrics and topics that expose their personal lives ('cuz we all know how nosy motherfuckers love music about our personal drama).
Middle Finger Recordz was formed in 2001 as an alternative to doing for self independently instead of being a puppet on a string. We will not allow anyone to hold us back and do not plan to be Low-Budget forever. The name Middle Finger Recordz was chosen as a big FUCK YOU to the industry that shut the door in the Chicanos face. It is just a way to remind the haters and leeches to Kiss A Dick and Get The Fuck On 'cuz We Don't Give A Fuck.
All lyrics coming out of M.F.R. will be strictly underground. Our artist understand that we will never promote selling out to the dollar and our artists will never be told what to write. Our music is no holds barred, uncut and unedited with nuts for commercial radio to suck. We don't sell souls, we buy them. Middle Finger Recordz will forever keep it real. Serio. M.F.R. has gone through many changes in the past five years but have come a long way from the Low-Budget-But-Fuck-It dayz to the recent days of full financial backings. The roster of artists have grown and shortened through the years but Sylent remains, ready to rep and bring the label into the legit Chicano Rap market with his upcoming Self-Titled studio debut featuring prodution by Sylent, Fingazz of Streetlight Music,LA Hitman, Kast & Fame and V.M.F. The albums The 562 "S.E.LA." Compilation and Ese Joker Loco Presents... The Prophecy Compilation which were originally scheduled for release in 2003 have been put on hold for the moment but will be released soon after Sylent's debut. They will feature tracks from other upcoming artists to be named later.
